Decided to go simple and match my wine red halter top with my worn-to-death gray maxi skirt.

I have always loved peplum tops because I like the flare -
it gives a good slimming effect to the upper body.
I was contemplating to match this top with a pair of shorts but would rather look more
glam instead so I chose to pair it with these slightly shiny tights (not leather though).
