Pardon me for the delay in my weight loss and diet blog entry. :(
Reason being......
I'm sick and down with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
Swollen Lymph Nodes to be exact.

Like some round round swollen ball.
This is no joke man.
I feel like I'm going to die.
Body aching everywhere, fever, sore throat, fatigue.
Terrible luh.
And it is hurting me so bad with that lump.
(Not cancer dont worry hahaha)
Just hope I will be okay soon because there is something special about my new entry that I have to be well enough to do. :(
